The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) recently unveiled the new 'Star Nation' jersey ahead of the 2023 ODI World Cup. This announcement has generated a lot of excitement among cricket fans and players alike. The jersey features a vibrant green color with a star pattern, symbolizing the unity and strength of the Pakistani team.

Pakistan in excellent form a head of Asia Cup 2023

Speaking about the national team, the Babar Azam-led side are riding high on the back of an ODI series win, 3-0 against Afghanistan. The Men in Green will now turn their attention towards the crucial Asia Cup, which is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, August 30. 

Pakistan will be taking on Nepal in the tournament opener of Asia Cup 2023, but all eyes were caught on the iconic match between India and Pakistan on September 2nd in Kandy. the league was divided into two groups which consisted of 3teams each and total of 6 teams to play at the tournament. 

Later in the Asia Cup Pakistan will be moving to India to play India to play the World Cup 2023, they will be having their first match against Netherlands in Hyderabad. India and Pakistan will lock swords again in the big-ticket event on October 14 at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
