WWE is the largest stage in the world for professional wrestling. People are not required to be fit by the company. There have been a number of Superstars over the years whose fitness has been questioned by all.
Several former WWE Superstars took the necessary steps to improve their physical condition and overall well-being. Superstars like Scott Hall, Jake "The Snake" Robert, and others are examples of those who have undergone remarkable physical changes. This list will examine five current WWE Superstars who underwent remarkable physical changes via sheer willpower and dedication.
1) Big Show
The Big Show, a former world champion, had a storied career in WWE and amassed numerous honours. He is also one of the final traditional wrestlers who hasn't declared his retirement from competitive matches.
Social media users posted a photo of Big Show looking fantastic, and the difference from what followers may have witnessed in recent years was stunning. He complimented Diamond Dallas Page, a fellow WWE Hall of Famer, and gave DDP Yoga credit for helping him look so fantastic at 55 years old.
2) Ronda Rousey
Supporters believed that Rousey wouldn't be back in shape until after the birth of her daughter in September 2021. She shocked everyone, though, by coming back in just four months to triumph in the Women's Battle Royal at the Royal Rumble 2022.
A few months prior, in May 2022, Ronda Rousey published an Instagram post detailing the demanding workout schedule she followed to get her chiselled figure. After the post went viral, the wrestling community was astounded by Rousey's motivational physical makeover.
3) Edge
Two years ago, at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas, the Hall of Famer shocked the wrestling community by making a surprise comeback. Nevertheless, after receiving a standing ovation when he placed No. 21 in the Royal Rumble, he began a rivalry with Randy Orton on Monday Night RAW.
Yet, the 48-year-incredible old's figure, which featured sculpted abs and gigantic arms, caught the attention of TV watchers. The eleven-time WWE Champion is still in excellent shape and continues to dazzle viewers on Raw.
4) Trish Stratus
During SummerSlam 2019, Trish Stratus last competed in a ring match, losing to Charlotte Flair. Fans were shocked by the former WWE Women's Champion's commitment to staying in shape as she showed off her makeover in August 2022.
It turns out that Stratus's metamorphosis was useless because she will eventually make her way inside the squared circle at WrestleMania 39. Stratus's physical condition at this stage of her career says volumes about her commitment to wrestling.
5) Braun Strowman
Fans didn't see much of Braun Strowman in the ring after his exit from WWE in 2021 until his return to the international powerhouse in late 2022. When he returned, what caught the attention of the fans the most was that he was jacked and appeared much better than during his most notable stretch with the team.
The Beast of All Beasts posted on Instagram a few months ago describing how his body has changed from 2015 up until that point. He was practically impossible to identify after transforming into an all-encompassing monstrosity. As a result, he appears to be a lot more flexible in the squared circle, which has boosted his work in the ring as well.
