After Japan held the Asian flag high at FIFA World Cup 2022 it was time for South Korea to do the same. The Son Heung-min-led side did just that and have qualified for the Round of 16 whereas Uruguay failed to do so despite winning.
South Korea vs Portugal
South Korea came into the game with just 2 points in two matches. They needed a win to get through to the next round. With 6 points Portugal have progressed to the Round of 16 and with 4 points South Korea became the second team from Group H to move into the next round.
