The craze for the Indian wicketkeeper batter Sanju Samson has been tremendous over the past few months. The reason for the support from his fans has been that the 28-year-old not getting fair chances in the Indian team despite great numbers. However, he has been included in India’s ODI squad for the upcoming series against West Indies.

The ODI series will be crucial for Samson looking at the upcoming ODI World Cup in India later in the year with Rishabh Pant recovering from the injury. However, it is not yet confirmed whether he will be featured in the Indian playing XI or not in the upcoming series as the management is likely to go with the same combination in the rest of the matches before the World Cup.

The support towards Samson has been magnificent by the fans and the same thing was seen recently during the World Cup trophy tour. Some of the school students wore the Sanju Samson masks while posing in front of the World Cup trophy. The photo went viral as soon as it was shared on Social Media.

'Thank You Chetta' - Minnu Mani replied to Sanju Samson's message after her India debut

Samson congratulated Minnu Mani a couple of days ago after her debut for the Indian Women’s Cricket Team. Mani posted a screenshot of Samson's DM to her on Instagram and expressed her gratitude for the wishes. The 21-year-old made her debut for the India Women’s T20I team on July 9th against Bangladesh Women at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. In her debut game, the right-arm off-spinner registered the figures of 1/21.

"Hi Minnu..Huge congratulations on being selected for the Indian team. Absolutely an incredible achievement. We are all super proud of you," Samson messaged Mani. After that, Mani posted a screenshot of the message and wrote, "Thank you chetta."
