India Women are in England to play against the women brigade for a three-match T20I series. While England women’s team won the rain-interrupted first match by nine wickets, Indian bounced back in the second T20I to clinch the win at Derby. Here’s the match preview for the third T20I between England and India:

The women brigade from England thumped India in the first T20I by nine wickets. Despite getting rattled by rain, the team managed to keep up with the momentum and clinch the match. They’ll look to forget the second match and bounce back in the third T20I

Players to watch out for:

1) Sophia Dunkley:

Sophia Dunkley played a splendid inning for the Three Lions in the first T20I against India. She’ll look to go big while opening the innings for England in the final T20I and help the team lift the series. 

2) Danni Wyatt:

Danni Wyatt, the batter, did well for England in the first T20I alongside Sophia Dunkley. Her contribution will be important for England up front and she’ll look to amass runs while opening the innings for the team. 

3) Sarah Glenn:

The star England bowler bagged a four for in the first T20I and went wicketless in the second T20I. However, the hunger for wickets still remains and the player will look to pick a few scalps in the final T20I as well.

Indian women bounced back in the second T20I and won the match by eight wickets. Chasing a target of 143, Smriti Mandhana outclassed with the bat as she scored an unbeaten 79. 

Players to watch out for:

1) Smriti Mandhana:

Smriti Mandhana played a terrific inning in the second match and remained unbeaten at 79. The batter scored as many as thirteen boundaries and looked steady in the crease. She’ll definitely be a player to watch out for in the third T20I. 

2) Harmanpreet Kaur:

Harmanpreet Kaur, the skipper, will look to carry on with her form from the second match. She played the perfect innings and amassed 29 runs off 22 balls to help the team sail through. 

3) Sneh Rana:

Sneh Rana picked up a three-for in the second T20I. The all-rounder will look to threaten with the ball yet again and might look to contribute with the bat as well.
