After the departure of Gautam Gambhir from Lucknow to Kolkata the fans of Lucknow Super Giants have another exciting news as Lucknow Super Giants gear up for the upcoming season with significant changes in their coaching staff. The latest development sees former Australian batter Justin Langer taking over the coaching reins from the outgoing Andy Flower.

After a decent season with LSG last year, the Lucknow-based franchise bid farewell to former coach Andy Flower who has moved on to the RCB. This departure aligns with the recent move of Gautam Gambhir to Kolkata Knight Riders, creating a void in the coaching dynamics of Lucknow Super Giants. The team, however, is set to welcome a new face, as Justin Langer steps in to lead the coaching staff.

But what affected the Lucknow fans more was when Gautam Gambhir, the former Indian opener and mentor for Lucknow Super Giants, decided to return to his former team, Kolkata Knight Riders. This decision not only marked a significant shift in the IPL landscape but also triggered a series of changes within Lucknow Super Giants' coaching setup.

As the news of Gautam Gambhir's departure settled, rumours began swirling about Suresh Raina's potential role with Lucknow Super Giants. The former Indian limited-overs specialist, currently absent from any IPL team, has been speculated to step into the mentorship role for the Lucknow franchise.

Raina, known for his outstanding contributions in the T20 format, boasts an impressive IPL career. With 205 games under his belt, Raina has scored 5528 runs at an average of 32.52, showcasing his prowess as a T20 batsman. His potential addition as a mentor could bring a wealth of experience to the young talents in Lucknow Super Giants.

Fueling the speculation, Raina's interaction on social media caught the attention of fans. In response to a journalist questioning the validity of the rumours, Raina retorted, "Why? Your news can’t be rite (right) all the time?" This response only intensified the anticipation among Lucknow fans, hinting at a possible official announcement.
