The Indian Cricket Board is set to have a meeting with the current Indian captain, the current Indian coach, and the current Indian selector. A lot of crucial decisons are expected to be taken at the end of the meeting. The fans are waiting for the outcome of the meeting, which is likely to change the future of the Indian cricket. The meeting is set to happen on the 2nd and the 3rd of December.
Rohit Sharma, Rahul Dravid, and Ajit Agarkar are set to have discussions about their future plannings. The senior players like Rohit and Virat Kohli were asked to decide on their future in the team in their own terms. In the meeting, Rohit is likely to discuss about his decision. In the upcoming days, there might be a change in coach. Dravid is reportedly unlikely to extend the contract, which might lead to the selction of a new coach.
Reports suggest VVS Laxman to be the new coach of India. The head of the National cricket Academy is often regarded as the backup of Dravid. in the past, Laxman helped India and Dravid whenever the latter wanted some break from his job. With Dravid unlikely to continue with his job, Laxman is almost confirmed as the new coach of the Indian team.
