CPL 2023 : Jamaica Tallawahs clinch first win of CPL 2023 with narrow win over Saint Lucia Kings

The first game of the Caribbean Premier League 2023 saw Jamaica Tallawahs take on the Saint Lucia Kings. After being given the opportunity to bat, the Jamaica Tallawahs were able to amass a substantial total. They would feel a little let down by the result because 200 appeared imminent. The Tallawahs' captain, Brandon King, took the initiative and stood out among the other hitters as they batted around him. Imad and Green, two outstanding spinners who put the stress on the batsmen while also taking five wickets between them, were the real positives in terms of bowling for Jamaica Tallawahs.
