Jasprit Bumrah has recently returned to Mumbai due to personal reasons. This unexpected development has left cricket enthusiasts and fans speculating about the nature of these personal matters. However, it has been confirmed that Bumrah will be available for the Super 4 stage of the Asia Cup in 2023.

Bumrah's absence from the ongoing tournament has undoubtedly created a void in the Indian cricket team. Known for his exceptional bowling skills and ability to take wickets at crucial moments, Bumrah is considered one of India's most valuable assets in the game. His return for the Super 4 stage is indeed a relief for both his teammates and fans alike.

Jasprith Bumrah and Sanjana Ganeshan are blessed with a baby boy. Jasprit took to social media to share the news and ever since, congratulatory messages have been pouring in for the couple. This is Jasprit and Sanjana's first child. The duo had gotten married in March 2021.

"Our little family has grown & our hearts are fuller than we could ever imagine! This morning we welcomed our little boy, Angad into the world. We are over the moon and can't wait for everything this new chapter of our lives brings with it," Bumrah wrote in the post on Instagram.

Shami has replaced Bumrah in the playing XI against Nepal

Mohammed Shami, who missed out on the first match against Pakistan, has replaced Bumrah in the playing 11 for the match against Nepal. Rain is forecast for Monday's final Group A match in Pallekele, which will determine which team, after Pakistan, advances to the Super Four Stage of the 50-over competition. India will advance to the next round even if Monday's game is postponed since they shared points with Pakistan, which crushed Nepal in the tournament's opening round.
