The fifth Test between India and England is heading towards an exciting finish as England require another 119 runs to win on Day 5. India, after having a lead of 132 runs, set a target of 378 for England to win. The crowd was thoroughly enjoying the action during the Test. Among the thousands of fans, that had come to witness the game, there was one particular individual that had caught the attention of everyone.

A fan was spotted wearing the jersey of the Bangalore Franchise from the Indian T20 League. Former Indian captain Virat Kohli and seamer Mohammad Siraj are the two players from the Bangalore Franchise playing in the Test. The fever of the Indian T20 league doesn’t leave the fans even after it’s over. They continue to cheer for their players from the Franchise all across the globe.

The Day 4 of the Test began with India resuming their innings on 125/3 with a lead of 257 runs in the second innings. The overnight batsmen Rishabh Pant and Cheteshwar Pujara continued their partnership before Pujara was dismissed trying to smash a wide delivery over the point fielder but failed to clear him.

The Indian batsmen were keen on scoring runs and building on their lead. As a result, they lost wickets in quick succession with no batsman willing to spend time in the middle. Before long they were bowled out for 245 runs in the second innings.

The England batsmen came out with clear intent of scoring runs and putting the Indian bowlers under pressure right from the word go. The openers Zak Crawley and Alex Lees scored 100 runs together for the first wicket scoring at over 5 runs per over. Indian Captain Jasprit Bumrah came back into the attack and broke the partnership. India got two more wickets in quick succession and England were reduced to 109/3. Seeing England in trouble the two men in form Jonny Bairstow and Joe Root an unbeaten partnership of 150 runs to leave India worried.
