Virat Kohli was enduring a lean patch for the last few years of his international cricket career. After taking a month-long break from the game, he marked his return in the Asia Cup and broke his century drought in international cricket. Kohli notched his maiden century against Afghanistan and also became India’s leading run-getter in the tournament.
Kohli then produced vital half-centuries during the home series against South Africa and Australia. The former Indian skipper has returned to his prime form and would be looking to continue in the same vein in the upcoming matches as well.
