India wicketkeeper batter, Ishan Kishan isn't included in the playing XI for the ongoing third ODI against Australia. KL Rahul is keeping the wickets, just like it was been the case in the ongoing series. However, during the ongoing Australia innings, Rahul went for a break. He was replaced by Kishan, who kept the wickets for a few overs.

However, after a while, the Bangalore player came back to keep wickets and has been doing so. Meanwhile, the fans observed this and expressed their opinions on the matter. They are also dropping memes on the matter. Talking about Rahul's keeping, he has taken the catch of Australia skipper Steve Smith off Hardik Pandya in the 13th over of the innings.

Ishan Kishan played only one game in the series

The left-hander has played the first game of the series only. In that game, skipper Rohit Sharma missed the game due to his brother-in-law's wedding. Notably, the game was played in Mumbai, Sharma's hometown. Meanwhile, Kishan failed to make it big in the opportunity he got after the New Zealand series.

He was trapped lbw by Marcus Stoinis. Since Sharma's comeback, Kishan hasn't played a game in the three-match series. Talking about the ongoing game, the visitors have won the toss and elected to bat first. Smith reckoned that the wicket is dry which drove this decision. With the bat, the Yellow brigade has amassed 226/7 with Ashton Agar and Sean Abbott batting at the crease.

Hardik Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav have taken three wickets each at the time of writing.
